Solidly swinging mainstream/bop trumpeter and flugelhorn player Linley Hamilton brings his quartet for their first visit to Wigan Jazz Club. The recently formed Linley Hamilton Quartet was officially launched on Sunday 21 August 2011. The band consists of drummer Dominic Mullen, bassist Dan Bodwell and pianist Johnny Taylor and Linley leads from the front on trumpet. Our own Wigan Youth Jazz Orchestra will complete this great double bill.
